JSC PA NEDEXT has its own corporate award

The management of the company decided to encourage the most distinguished employees and, in this connection, signed the Order on the Appreciation Certificate awarding.

The JSC PA NEDEXT Human Resources Department developed the Regulations on the Procedure for the Awarding of JSC PA NEDEXT Appreciation Certificate. According to the head of the HR department, this provision “establishes a common procedure for awarding employees of JSC PA NEDEXT and its enterprises having special merits to JSC PA NEDEXT on the occasion of significant dates”.

Also, the Regulations define the concepts and names of corporate holidays. The Order, signed by the management, includes corporate holidays, as well as anniversary dates, for example, five years from the date of the Managed Company establishment or the accomplishment of a significant event in the activity.

The employees, whose uninterrupted work experience in JSC PA NEDEXT will be not less than five years at the date of awarding, will receive the Appreciation Certificates.

The main parameters according to which it is planned to determine the best employees are the fulfillment of certain important tasks and assignments; achievement of high technical and economic indicators in the work; skilful management of the production team; great personal contribution to improving production efficiency; introduction of scientific and technological progress; training of qualified personnel; significant contribution to the implementation of the tasks facing by the company.

Annual limits for rewarding with the Appreciation Certificate are also determined. At the same time with the awarding of the Appreciation Certificate, a monetary reward will be paid.
